Terms of Service

1. The service

DoxtAI provides a managed website service for local businesses: we design, build, host, maintain, and update a website for you as part of a monthly subscription. Depending on your plan, the service may also include online booking, local SEO support, content updates, performance reporting, and related tools.

We are a service provider, not a software license. You do not need to build or maintain anything yourself — that is the point of the service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription begins when your payment is confirmed and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.

Prices for each plan are shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. If we change prices, the new price applies from your next billing period and we will notify you in advance.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time — there is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

After cancellation, we may take your website offline. If you want to move your domain or content elsewhere, contact us and we will assist with the transition.

4. Refunds

If something has gone wrong with the service, contact us at info@doxtai.com and we will make it right. Refunds are handled case by case; we do not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods after a cancellation.

5. Your content and your business information

You retain ownership of the content you provide to us — your business name, logo, photos, text, and other materials. You grant us the rights needed to use that content to build, host, and operate your website.

You are responsible for making sure the content you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it. We are not responsible for claims arising from content you supplied.

6. Our work product

The website designs, code, templates, and systems we use to deliver the service remain the property of DoxtAI. While your subscription is active, you have the right to use the website we operate for you.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including infringing content, misleading business claims, spam, or malware. We may suspend or terminate service for violations, with notice where practical.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep your website online continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Hosting, SSL, and maintenance are included in every plan. Support is provided by email and through your client dashboard.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or lead volumes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoxtAI's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through your dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
