How does the free website preview work?
Fill out a short form with your business info. We build a free preview of how your website could look and work. You review it — no sales call needed — and only pay if you want to launch.
How fast can my website launch?
Most websites launch within 5–10 business days after you approve the preview and select a plan.
Do I need to join a sales call?
No. The entire process — preview, review, and signup — happens online. You only talk to us if you want to.
Do you write the website content?
Yes. We write the copy, headings, and service descriptions based on the info you provide. You can review and request edits.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Your business name, location, services, contact details, and any photos or branding you already have. We handle the rest.

Can I request changes to my website?
Yes. Starter includes basic updates. Growth and Pro include unlimited edits. Submit a request from your dashboard and we'll handle it.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. We can connect your existing domain or help you register a new one. Domain setup is included in all plans.
Is hosting included?
Yes. All plans include fast, managed hosting with SSL, uptime monitoring, and backups.
Will my website work on mobile?
Every DoxtAI website is mobile-first by design — built and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops.
Can customers book or pay through my website?
Yes, on Growth and Pro plans. We set up booking forms, lead capture, or payment flows depending on your business type.

What is the difference between Starter, Growth, and Pro?
Starter gives you a professional website with hosting. Growth adds bookings, local SEO, reviews, and email/SMS follow-ups. Pro adds online booking and payments, conversion optimization, and priority same-day support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard or by emailing info@doxtai.com before your next billing date.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. Your first charge is your monthly plan fee, billed after you approve your preview and select a plan.

What is your uptime guarantee?
Websites are hosted on high-availability infrastructure with 99.9% uptime. We monitor all sites and respond to outages automatically.
Do you support custom integrations?
Pro plan includes integration support for tools like Stripe, Google Analytics, WhatsApp, Calendly, Zapier, and more.
Will my website be secure?
Yes. Every site includes an SSL certificate, HTTPS, regular backups, and security monitoring.
Can I export my website or data if I leave?
Yes. We provide a data export on request. Your content belongs to you.
